                Honey and Cinnamon for Arthritis Pain


       Recent Studies have shown that Cinamon is a remarkable natural treatment for arthritis pain


In one cup of lukewarm water, mix 2 teaspoons spoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Consume this every morning before breakfast. Repeat this daily for a month to see noticeable improvements
