Lemon Grass commonly known as Fever grass & Ginger is a popular bush remedy used for treating fevers and aiding in a speedy recovery. This bush tea is also a favorite for the treatment of the common cold and coughs.

Ingredients
3 Stalks of Lemon Grass
1 Tbsp Ginger
2 1/2 Cups of Water
Evaporated Milk (Optional)  
Condence Milk/ Sugar (Optional)
 
Directions
In a teapot, combine the lemon grass and ginger with rapidly boiling fresh water. Cover the teapot with a thick towel and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or until very aromatic. Pour into teacups, sweeten and add evaporated milk, if desired.
